DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

BUYER
The person placing the order (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer").

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, and which the Buyer has ordered electronically through the Seller's website.

3. PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The main characteristics of the product, sales price, and payment information are included in the order form and order confirmation email.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The Buyer declares that they have read and understood the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product on the website and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The product will be delivered by cargo within 1-4 business days after order confirmation. This period may vary depending on stock availability and address information.

4.3. The Seller may cancel the order and refund the payment by notifying the Buyer if the ordered product is out of stock or cannot be supplied.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product.

5.2. For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be unused, its packaging unopened, and undamaged.

5.3. Notification of the right of withdrawal must be submitted to the Seller in writing. The return shipping cost belongs to the Buyer.

5.4. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the payment will be refunded within 14 days from the date the product reaches the Seller.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made according to the Buyer's special requests or clearly personalized products, and for products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene conditions.

7. AUTHORIZED COURT

Turkish courts are authorized in disputes arising from this agreement. The consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court.
