Your orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your region.
Delivery Conditions
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly and completely. Pyramid Home cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
Your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail after your order has been shipped.
RETURN INFORMATION
Return Conditions
You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive the product.
Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused and unwashed
- Must be in its original packaging and with its labels
- Must be undamaged
Return Process
1. Notify us of your return request via our contact page or by e-mail.
2. After receiving return approval, send the product to the specified address.
3. Once the product reaches us and is checked, your payment will be refunded within 14 days.
Return Shipping Fee
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. In case of a faulty or damaged product, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
Non-Returnable Products
Personalized or custom-ordered products are excluded from returns.
